I ordered with an invoice/part payment, but I haven't received the invoice. What do I do?Updated 9 hours ago

The delivery time of your invoice depends on the payment method you have chosen:

  • Svea Invoice: The invoice is sent to your email only after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will usually receive the invoice on the day following the shipment.

  • Svea Part Payment: You will receive your first part payment invoice in the middle of the following month. So, if you order products this month, the first invoice will arrive in the middle of next month.

If you have not received your invoice within the expected time, but your order has been processed normally by us, please first check your email's spam folder.
