Can I change my order after it's been placed?Updated 14 hours ago

Yes, an order can be changed if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. However, you must act quickly.

First, check your order's status as follows:

  1. Log in to My Pages. Log in here.
  2. Find your most recent order and view its status.

If the order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately by phone at 029 3400 685.

A phone call is the only sure way to make the changes in time. Processing emails takes longer, and your package may be shipped before we have a chance to read your message.

If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to it.
