Can I remove a product from my order?Updated 8 hours ago

Yes, you can remove a product if your order has not yet been shipped. It's important that you act as quickly as possible.

Here's what to do:

  1. Log in to My Pages HERE and check if your order has already been shipped or is still pending.
  2. If the order is still pending shipment, contact us immediately by phone at 029 3400 685.

A phone call is the only sure way to make the changes in time. Processing emails takes longer, and your package may be shipped before we have a chance to process your message.

Once we have removed the requested product from your order, we will issue an automatic refund. Depending on your payment method, the funds will be returned to your account or card within 1-5 business days.
