How do I check product availability?Updated a day ago

Start by typing the product you want to check the availability of in the search box on the website. (For example, La Roche Posay Cicaplast).

Then click on the product you are looking for in the search results to go to the product page.

If the product page shows "Varastossa valmiina toimitettavaksi", then the product is available both online and in our store.

If there are only a few pieces of the product left, then there is a separate notification on the product page.

If the product is completely out of stock or a special order item, then there is a "Tilaustuote" notification on the product page

Custom products usually arrive at our warehouse within 2 business days of the customer order and rarely take longer than 5 business days. However, it is possible that the product in question is out of stock and the delivery time from the manufacturer is significantly longer. When you order a custom product, we will contact you in cases where the delivery time is clearly longer than 1-5 business days.

In some cases, the product cannot be ordered in advance. In this case, the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced by the "Sign up for notification when product is available" button. By clicking the button, you can add your email address, which will notify you by email when the product is available again.
