How do I make a return?Updated a month ago
Returns are primarily handled using the original delivery method. Refunds are processed in accordance with our return policy.
Return by mail
- Make a return notification: Notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the goods by email at [email protected]. In your message, state your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- Pack the product/products carefully: Ensure that the item is packed in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport. Note! Include the order number and your name inside the package, so that we can process the return.
- Returns must be sent using the same delivery company that was used for the original shipment.
Customer service will provide detailed carrier-specific instructions.
Return cost: A 4.90€ handling fee is charged for postal returns. This amount is deducted from the refund of the returned order/product.
If the return is due to a product defect or seller error, the return is free of charge.
Return to store
- Make a return notification: Notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the goods by email at [email protected]. In your message, state your order number and the reason for cancellation. Note! Simply bringing the product to the store is not enough; you must make a return notification by email in advance.
- Return the products: return the products to the cashier at Apteekki 360 Ympyrätalo store. Inform the staff of the order number and the customer service representative with whom you have agreed on the return.
Please note: Medicines, cosmetics, contact lenses, and other hygiene products do not have a right of return unless they have a product defect. Please contact customer service ([email protected]) for more detailed instructions.
Refunds
- Schedule: The purchase price you paid will be refunded to you within 7 days of the returned products arriving.
- Payment method: The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are not refunded, and a 4.90€ fee is charged for returns. If the product has become unsaleable due to use, the pharmacy may charge an amount corresponding to the decrease in value or refuse to refund the entire amount.
- Exceptions: If the return is due to a seller's error (e.g., wrong product), you will receive your money back in full without any costs.
Uncollected Orders
Failing to pick up an order is not considered a return. A return notification must always be sent by email before starting the return process.
Uncollected shipments
If a customer does not pick up a shipment within the carrier’s storage period and no cancellation notice is given, the order is returned to us. In this case, a 20€ handling fee is deducted from the refund. Original delivery costs are not refunded.
Uncollected Click & Collect / Locker Orders
If a customer does not pick up their order within: 5 days from a parcel locker, or 7 days from the store, the order is cancelled. A 5.00€ handling fee is deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount is refunded to the original payment method.
