How do I make a return?Updated a day ago

You can return the product either by mail or to the store. The refund of the order/product payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Below are more detailed information:

Return by mail

  • Make a cancellation notice: Report the cancellation within 90 days of receiving the goods by email to [email protected].
  • Pack the product carefully: Make sure that the goods are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged during transport. The product must be in a substantially unchanged and undiminished condition, but you can open the packaging to check the properties of the goods.
  • Send the product: Return the product by mail according to the instructions of our customer service.
  • Return address: Apteekki 360 Ympyrätalo, Siltasaarenkatu 18, 00530 Helsinki.
  • Return cost: A one-time fee of €7.90 will be charged for returns made by mail, which includes a €5.90 shipping fee and a €2 handling fee. The costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned order/product.
  • If the reason for the return is a product or seller error, the return is free of charge.


Return to the store

  • Make a cancellation notification: Report the cancellation within 90 days of receiving the goods by email to [email protected]. Note! Simply bringing the goods to the store is not sufficient for cancellation, but you must make a cancellation notification by email in advance.
  • Return the products: return the products to the cashier of the Apteekki 360 Ympyrätalo store. Inform the staff of the order number and the customer service representative with whom you have agreed on the return.
  • For returns made to the store, we charge a 2€ handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned order/product.
  • Note: Medicines, cosmetics, contact lenses and other hygiene products do not have the right to return unless they have a product defect. Please contact customer service ([email protected]) for more detailed instructions.


Refunds

  • Timetable: The purchase price you paid will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after the return of the returned products.
  • Payment method: The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
  • Deductions: The original shipping costs will not be refunded, and a return fee of €7.90 will be charged. If the product has become unsellable due to use, the pharmacy may charge an amount corresponding to the decrease in value or refuse to refund the entire amount.
  • Exceptions: If the return is due to a seller's error (e.g. the wrong product), you will receive a full refund without any costs.
  • Refunds for uncollected or late returns will be made in the form of a gift card, not in cash.
