How long do you keep pickup orders in the store/pickup locker?Updated a month ago

We keep orders in the pick-up box for 5 days and in the store for 7 days.

If the customer does not collect the order from the pickup locker within 5 days or from the store within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. A handling fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We can keep store pickups for longer by separate agreement. Contact us via chat or email (online store) and we will arrange a convenient pickup time for you.
