I wasn't able to pick up my order in time. What happens now?Updated a month ago

Uncollected Orders

Failing to pick up an order is not considered a return.
 A return notification must always be sent by email before starting the return process.

Uncollected shipments

If a customer does not pick up a shipment within the carrier’s storage period and no cancellation notice is given, the order is returned to us. In this case, a €20 handling fee is deducted from the refund. Original delivery costs are not refunded.

Uncollected Click & Collect / Local pick-ups

If a customer does not pick up their order within: 5 days from a phatmacys own parcel locker, or 7 days from the storethe order is cancelled. €5.00 handling fee is deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount is refunded to the original payment method.
