What are special order items?Updated a day ago

Special order items (tilaustuote in Finnish) are products that we do not keep in stock at our pharmacy, but we order them directly from wholesale on the same or next business day after you have placed an order.

Unlike in-stock products, custom products are not immediately available, and their delivery time is longer than that of stocked products.

The delivery time of special order items depends on the availability of the wholesaler.

In most cases, the special order items are available from wholesale and the ordered product will arrive within 2 days of your order, and the entire order will be ready for delivery on the third day at the latest.

However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for special order items and in some cases the product may be temporarily out of stock at the wholesaler, without an exact availability date.

In these cases, we will notify you by email.
