We aim to ship all orders within two business days of placing the order, and usually the next day at the latest.

Your order may include special order items that we do not keep in stock, but order directly from wholesalers. They are usually delivered the next day, but sometimes the delivery may take up to five days or wholesaler may be out-of-stock. We pack and ship orders the same day we receive the special order items.

If you have not received a separate message regarding custom items, please contact us. It is possible that there has been a technical or human error with your order. We will correct the error as soon as we become aware of it.
